VA Indianapolis Specialty Care
Apogee provided MEP engineering and telecommunications design for this project, which included the renovation and expansion of a new 18,000 SF medical research and development building as well as the 10,000 SF renovation of ambulatory clinical space for an oncology clinic.Additionally, 6,000 SF was renovated for the campus’s compensation and pension department, which included demolition and relocation of existing structures, utilities, and full MEP services.

Interior Design Services
We worked closely with the client to select furniture that was not only functional but also ergonomically supportive for both staff and patients. Equipment coordination was key, ensuring that all medical devices were easily accessible while maintaining a clean, organized aesthetic.
For this project, we selected soothing finishes and materials that contribute to a calming environment for patients undergoing treatment. This careful attention to detail made the space feel less clinical and more welcoming, improving the overall patient experience.
We developed an operating room layout that optimized equipment placement and staff workflow, reducing time spent retrieving essential tools and improving patient outcomes. Our design enhanced both safety and efficiency while supporting the needs of medical teams.

VA Las Vegas Primary Care
Apogee served as the prime contractor providing architectural and engineering design services for a new one-story Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) with consideration for future vertical expansion at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs North Las Vegas VA Medical Center in Nevada.
VA Dublin Women’s Clinic
Apogee provided project management and design services for the construction of a one-story, standalone building for the primary care and women’s health clinics at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Ga. The new building will right-size primary care space through two Patient-Aligned Care Teams (PACT) and create a new women’s health clinic to accommodate the growing workload and demand for services.
