VA Mountain Home: Conference Room

As the prime contractor, Apogee Consulting Group provided complete MEP engineering services, architectural services, and construction management for the conversion of a kitchen space into a full-service conference center area.

The conference center design included:

  • Small and medium-sized meeting rooms
  • Large lecture hall
  • Board room
  • Two teleconference rooms
  • Internet café
  • Warming kitchen/serving area
  • Additional restrooms and storage areas

Integral to the renovation was the reworking of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to fit the new design.

The development process was executed with project-specific phasing and physical/environmental separation to prevent disruption of on-going hospital operations surrounding the project site.
