This AHU replacement included an upgrade of all associated ductwork, piping, controls, and electrical connections to maintain a fully functioning system.

Additionally, an existing air-cooled chiller was replaced. Due to the locations of the units, strict infection control precautions were implemented.

Apogee provided construction documents, specifications, and a cost estimate to complete the work. Allowances were made within the cost estimate for ductwork cleaning, architectural ceiling and wall repairs as needed, startup, and commissioning.
