The Project Management Department is a dedicated team consisting of project managers, assistant project managers, and project support staff, all of whom play a crucial role in leading the trajectory of the project. As the sole point of contact between the client and the design team, the project manager’s central responsibility is to ensures clear, consistent communication and the successful completion of each project. The department is involved in confirming the scope of work, leading the design team, and actively participating in review meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. They provide monthly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and guide the project through to completion, adhering to established project close-out protocols. By maintaining direct involvement in every phase of the project, the department fosters continuity in project management and decision-making, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution from start to finish.
