Kenneth M. Noel, RA, Executive Vice President at Apogee Consulting Group, brings 40 years of architectural expertise and leadership to the company. Originally from the Upper Midwest, Ken’s strong work ethic and unwavering dedication have shaped his approach to design and management, fostering a culture of excellence in every project he undertakes. 

Throughout his career, Ken has honed his expertise in designing hospitals, schools, commercial spaces, and more, with a particular passion for creating advanced and mindful healthcare environments. His background in construction has been instrumental in enhancing Apogee’s focus on constructability, strengthening relationships with subcontractors, and improving coordination with bidding contractors. 

Ken’s leadership journey at Apogee has included roles as Project Manager, Project Architect, and Chief of Design. He oversees coordination across the design, construction administration, and estimating departments, ensuring the company’s reputation for integrity and excellence remains unmatched. His vision and collaborative leadership continue to drive the firm’s success and commitment to client satisfaction. 

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ken finds joy in spending time with his children and grandchildren. When he’s not at the office, you can often find him on the golf course, fully embracing his weekend tradition of relaxation and recreation.
