John Carter is an experienced Construction Estimator with a demonstrated history of working 45 years in the construction industry. John has strong leadership skills, and he heads the Cost Estimating department at Apogee. As Chief Cost Estimator, John is well-versed in conducting market research surveys and has a strong awareness of project scope and construction costs and how small changes can affect the overall budget. He is skilled in Sage Estimating Products, Mii Estimating, Microsoft Project, Onscreen Takeoff, and customer relationship management.
