Erica Irvin RID, NCIDQ, LEED AP

Erica Irvin, Chief of Design Services at Apogee Consulting Group, oversees the Design Services teams across Apogee’s eight locations, which consist of the Architecture, Planning, Interiors, Engineering, and Project Management departments while serving on Apogee’s board of directors. 

 With an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Eastern University, Erica has over 25 years of experience designing various projects for federal, municipal, private and public healthcare, higher education, workplace, K–12, and more. Over the course of her career, she has gained expert knowledge of design principles and standards for numerous industries nationwide. From conceptualization to installation, she has mastered advising customers on bringing their ideas and objectives to life. Erica develops clients’ ideas using her technical and artistic abilities to design and build environments that foster collaboration, growth, and improved well-being. She participates externally in Executive Women in Healthcare, where she serves as president and a running executive board member. Erica has been recognized as conference speaker and published in magazine articles and received project design awards. 

Married with two wonderful boys, Erica loves to explore new places them, with a special fondness for traveling abroad, their favorite and most memorable adventures being to the Caribbean.
