Dennis Dragotti
Currently residing in the NC Triangle, Dennis is the manager of IT Support Services based in the Cary headquarters. All helpdesk and support needs pass through his realm and are handled with the utmost care. Bringing over 20 years of experience in IT from helpdesk assistance to managing a global IT support team, Dennis has been on the front lines of support his whole career. When it comes to support, it’s a customer-first mentality and when it comes to the IT department, it’s a team-first mentality. Previous highlights include building and leading a global support team spanning 9 members across India, UK, Australia, Canada and the U.S.
Bringing a personality of outgoing energy, there is no issue too big or small. Thriving in a technology role where being able to explain technical details in plain English is what keeps him excited. Dennis believes users shouldn’t be intimated by technology but embrace it as a tool that can help them better serve in their role, with the ability to lean on support for all the help they need. Having a background that includes CompTIA A+, Net+ and CWNA certifications, he has all the tools needed to guide both users and the helpdesk team to support the organization.
When not on the clock, Dennis enjoys time with his family of 5 and all the activities it brings. When time allows, spinning records and enjoying the ritual of listening to an entire album front to back is always a top option. Hosting social gatherings with friends, playing his drum kit, or working on his classic car are other hobbies that allow him to disconnect from the tech side of life.
