Mr. Sowders has achieved over 36 years of experience in cross-discipline project management and engineering design of electrical systems. Extensively experienced in the role of lead engineer and project management, he has performed these roles for a variety of projects involving healthcare renovations, medical campus infrastructure improvements, electrical power distribution, grounding, lighting, and industrial machine controls.

Projects that have benefited from his services include healthcare for VA hospitals, multi-family residential, universities, churches, restaurants, retail, commercial office buildings, warehouses, hotels, industrial facilities, municipal, and telecommunication facilities. Mr. Sowders’ major strengths include leadership, collaboration, and planning.
